B.E.S.T. is only used on a BankWare implementation. It is the mechanism by which the transfer of data from existing system into BankWare.NET can be automated.

B.E.S.T. in action

The first step to using B.E.S.T. is to map the data between the two systems and to decide on default settings where different coding stuctures exist or required data does not exist in the legacy system.

Once this has been completed the transition between the two systems is automatic, fast and error free thus keeping the impact of a new system implementation on the operations of the bank to a minimum. Checking of reports, balances and transactions between the two systems can also, normally, be automated.
